  I just had the best haircut of my life by Pam! I can’t thank her enough. She was so kind and gave such helpful advice on styling my curtain bangs. I showed her a photo of my dream hair and it’s like she plonked the hair from the photo onto my head, i feel gorgeous. Thankyou so much Pam, I will be back to see you again ❤️❤️

  I was extremely disappointed with the service that I received. I was sold the incorrect product by one of their shop attendees. She suggested that the product would help boost the colour of natural looking copper hair. I went home to use it, and it did not do what I was told it would do and it instead turned my hair bright orange. I returned to the store the next day to return it as it was the incorrect product and I was mocked, laughed at, and dismissed for suggesting that bright orange was not copper. It took ten minutes of me calmly explaining to the staff that I was completely miss led by one of the attendees while being continually mocked before they finally processed a refund.
  
  I would never recommend going to this store, or you run the risk of being belittled and insulted if you are sold an incorrect product.

  I will never forget when i came here when they first opened and had my bleaching job botched. It was late in the afternoon, so to quick fix she cut the botched areas out and told me she was cutting my split ends

  I thought the hairdresser was very helpful giving advice on lightening and toning hair. I think I can be too trusting at times.
  
  I bleached my hair with foils up to a level 9-10. It was a little bit yellow. I probably could have just used blonde shampoo to tone it. I was due to go on holidays in 10 days so I asked the the hairdresser which colour toner to use to get a neutral colour. The hairdresser recommended a toner that made it orange and brought it down to a level 7-8. I spent the next week over shampooing with detox shampoo trying to strip the toner out. I went back to ask the hairdresser if there was anything I could do. She told me I would have to bleach it a 3rd time.
  
  I would not recommend these hairdressers for advice nor would I let them touch my hair

  I liked the girls where I got my ears done mum! When I walked in I felt welcome and safe and they were so pretty!
  - Tahlee (8), who's wanted to get her ears pierced for a year but has been very nervous.

  I phoned Hairhouse Warehouse this morning for a quote for 1/4 head of foils and a trim. I was asked if my hair was long or short. I told them short, just sitting on the back of my neck, above my shoulders. The quote was $145. I thought this was excessive so while in town, I went into the store to see if I had received the right quote. I was told I did get the right price. I stated the price was way too expensive as the most I have paid is $90 and my hair was shoulder lenght to boot. The manager came out to see me and asked if I received the quote by phone or instore. I told her it was by phone so the manager said thy would rather people come in for quotes so they can see texture of hair, (thick/fine). I asked why wasn't I asked this on the phone or have them ask me to come in for the quote. I found the whole affair unprofessional and staff should be made aware of the store procedure by the manager if this is the case. I will never recommend this store to anyone.
